Plot
I’m Obsessed With My Boss Part II follows an egoistic Lucilia, who finds herself tangled in a web of lies, manipulation, and ambition. The second part starts with her sharing her pregnancy news with her best friend, Lola, while suggesting baby names and asking her to be the godmother. Suspicious of Lucilia’s relationship with her boss, Ricardo, Lola questions whether Jeremy, Lucilia’s ex-boyfriend who is in jail, could be the father. Lucilia seems to be not interested in continuing the conversations. She is not willing to help Jeremy to get out of jail when he asks for help.
Lucilia tells Ricardo she is pregnant and demands he drop the charges against Jeremy, who had assaulted him. When Ricardo questions why she cares about Jeremy, Lucilia reveals they were once in a relationship, but she insists the baby is Ricardo’s. Ricardo doubts her claims and proposes a deal: Lucilia must get rid of a baby, and he will drop the charges. Lucilia agrees, but she secretly meets Jeremy upon his release, playing a good role. Jeremy is naive and believes she wouldn’t cheat on him while he is in jail.
As Lucilia goes back to the office, she manipulates and blackmails Ricardo with accusations of rape, threatening to ruin his reputation if he doesn’t take responsibility for their child. She even goes to his house and stays for dinner, hoping to reveal the truth to Ricardo’s wife. However, this time, she is interrupted.
Accidentally, Lucilia loses a baby. However, she tells Ricardo that she will terminate her pregnancy if he gives her money. In a few days, Ricardo’s wife grows suspicious of the large sum he transferred to Lucilia. A confrontation ensues between Lucilia and Ricardo’s wife, resulting in a deadly accident when Lucilia pushes her down the stairs. Jeremy, now fully entangled in Lucilia’s schemes, helps to deal with the body to protect the mother of his child and his unborn baby.
As Ricardo searches for his missing wife, Lola finds out that Lucilia’s baby might not be Jeremy’s, revealing her duplicity.
